I really enjoy the Fried Macaroni and Cheese, it's the perfect consistency of cheesy goodness with a light panko coating.

I enjoy the Vietnamese Shrimp Summer Rolls are fresh and full of flavor. The syrup for the waffle tastes like buttery toffee, it's incredible. The Chicken Waffle Benedict is fabulous for brunch. They have a vast menu that hits anything you could possibly be in the mood for. If you're looking for a place to satisfy a number of different tastes, Cheesecake Factory is the place. I still tipped the waiter over $20 but overall horrible customer service. I've always liked the vibes, whether night or day, but such a sad night. It can get Very loud and it's a struggle to talk. This place has low lights in the night and it's bright during the day. The original waiter that took our order came over and told this other waiter that we actually DID order 3. She was nice and checked in on us for refills but it was overall a very sad experience because we have already been seated here for over an hour and a half and can barely start eating.Īlso we ordered 3 sides of macaroni and cheese and a waiter that brought over the 3rd macaroni and cheese thought we only ordered 2 and we told him we ordered 3.
Keep in mind we have now been here for over an hour and a half.Īnother waiter ended up serving us the rest of the night. Then when we got our food they came out at different times. It took over an hour for us to get our food and to get the right entrees. We always say a family prayer and we do not start eating until everyone gets their food. The third waiter said he would put in the correction. We waited until another waiter walked by to flag them down and let them know that our order was wrong. We let the waiter know about the correction and they said they would fix it.Ībout 10 minutes later, another waiter came and brought my other sister her entree except my other sister ordered fettuccini with chicken and they brought us just fettuccini was with no chicken. My sister ordered cheeseburger spring rolls and they finally came with her order but gave us taquitos instead. I always feel skeptical about that because I've had bad experiences before when this had happened. Our waiter was nice, however he did not write down our orders when we put them in. We were going back and forth with her because no one else was here.Īnother associate of hers corrected her and said, "it's their party. We were standing by the booth and let the lady know that we were a "Party if 5 for Sam" not "Sal" and she said, "well, Sal is the name." We put the reservation for a party of 5 under my sister's husband's name, Sam. Today however was the worst experience I've had and it happened to be for my sister's birthday. I also buy a cake here every year for my husband's birthday.
I've come here for lunches and dinners with friends / family. Usually this is a go to spot for dinners with my family.
